Connect the mailbox you already use. Import a list you have a reason to email. Run verification. Read the risky rows before you send. Approve the copy. Watch failures and replies, not a vanity open rate.

The free plan is limited on purpose: fewer sends, fewer campaigns, fewer mailboxes. Move up only when those limits are the constraint.
