When something does not send.
Start from the recorded failure. The workspace stores SMTP errors, verification results, and billing state. Those are more useful than sending the campaign again.

Sending
If every message fails, the mailbox credentials, host, or port are the first place to look. If a few fail, read the SMTP response and the verification status of those addresses. A plan limit returns a clear rejection rather than a partial silent send.
Authentication and spam
If the server accepts the mail and people still do not see it, check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on a message you received yourself. Then look at the list. Verification failures and role accounts are a reason to pause, not a reason to retry harder.
Billing
The billing page shows the plan, the renewal, and the invoices. A grace period is a date, not a hidden extension. When it ends, the free limits apply. Support tickets are available in the account if the invoice and the plan disagree.
