ReplyGoal: book a meetingFollow-ups stopped

Workspace

Send with Gmail. Read replies over IMAP.

  • Send through Gmail. Google is asked only for permission to send.
  • Detect replies, stop follow-ups, and count them from a separate IMAP login.
  • Keep drafting until the client books a meeting or reaches the goal you set.
Gmail and Workspace setup

Replies and follow-ups

Built so a reply changes what happens next.

Campaign mail leaves through the Gmail connection. IMAP is what sees the answer, stops the next follow-up, counts the reply, and notices a bounce that landed in the inbox. Drafted replies continue until the goal is reached, such as a meeting. A drafted reply still waits for approval before it sends.

Outbound still means too many disconnected tools.

Teams stitch together spreadsheets, verification vendors, senders, inboxes, and analytics. Mailwright keeps verification, personalization, approval, sending, follow-ups, and replies in one workspace.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Import

Upload a list or add contacts to a campaign audience.

  2. Step 2

    Verify

Syntax, domain, MX, and cautious SMTP checks before send.

  3. Step 3

    Personalize

AI drafts from your template, brief, and lead fields — per workspace.

  4. Step 4

    Approve

A person reviews copy before anything leaves your mailbox.

  5. Step 5

    Send

Messages go through Gmail sending or the SMTP account you connect.

  6. Step 6

    Follow up

Scheduled steps stop when a human reply arrives.

  7. Step 7

    Convert

Track replies and outcomes in inbox and analytics.

Personalization that sounds like you.

AI drafts use your template, campaign brief, and lead fields. Writing preferences stay scoped to your workspace — not shared across customers.

Email verification

Verification reduces bad addresses on your list. It is not a deliverability guarantee.

Questions people ask first

All questions

What is email deliverability?

Deliverability is the chance that a message you send is accepted by the receiving server and filed where the recipient will see it. It is an outcome, not a switch in this product. Mailwright can show acceptance by your SMTP server and later signals such as replies. It cannot see a private filter's decision.

How does email deliverability work?

The sending server hands the message to the receiving server. That server checks authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), the domain's recent behavior, the list quality, the volume, and the content. It then accepts, delays, rejects, or files the message. Improving deliverability means improving those inputs, starting with authentication and the list.

Why do emails go to spam?

Usual reasons are missing authentication, a list with bad addresses, a sudden jump in volume, mail people did not expect, and content that looks automated or misleading. A single trigger word is rarely the whole story. Check the SMTP result and the domain's DNS before you rewrite the subject line.

What is the best email deliverability platform?

There is no universal best platform. Verification checks whether an address is worth mailing. A seed mailbox test, when configured here, reports a folder for those mailboxes. Neither one is a promise that every recipient will see the message in the inbox.

How much does email verification cost here?

Verification is part of the plan you choose, not a separate meter on this site. The free plan includes a limited number of checks. Paid plans raise that limit. The pricing page shows the current amounts for monthly and yearly billing. Yearly billing is a lower rate per month.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan activates without a card and includes a small monthly send limit, a small verification limit, one mailbox, and a limited number of campaigns. It is for a real test, not for a large launch.
