Campaigns, in the order the product runs them.
A campaign stores the audience, the message, the mailbox, and any follow-up steps. The server, not the browser, decides whether a send is allowed.

Order of operations
Import leads. Verify them. Write the subject and body. Choose the mailbox. Optionally request approval. Send, or schedule follow-ups that wait for a delay and stop on reply.
Plan limits cover monthly sends, daily sends, campaign count, and mailbox count. A request that exceeds a limit is rejected. Refreshing the page does not raise the limit.
