Deliverability

The outcome of a receiver accepting a message and filing it where a person can see it. Not a score Mailwright displays.

Verification

A set of checks on an address before send: syntax, domain, MX, and a cautious SMTP probe. A valid result is not a promise of inbox placement.

Open

The first load of a tracking pixel at least 15 seconds after send. Scanners and privacy proxies can create opens.

Reply

A response that is not classified as out-of-office or a bounce. The thread remains readable either way.

SPF, DKIM, DMARC

DNS policies for who may send, a cryptographic signature, and a rule for what to do when authentication fails. See the authentication guide.

Mailbox

A Gmail send connection or an SMTP account you connect. Daily send caps are enforced on the server. Reply detection needs IMAP on that mailbox. Mailwright is not the mailbox provider.
