Guide

What email deliverability actually means.

Deliverability is the chance that a wanted message is accepted and filed where the recipient will see it. No tool can promise that outcome. This guide separates the parts you can check from the parts you can only influence.

The path a message takes

You submit the message to a mail server. That server looks at the sending domain, the authentication results, the content, and the recent complaint and bounce history. It then accepts, defers, rejects, or files the message in the inbox or in spam.

Mailwright can show you whether your SMTP server accepted the message, whether the address looked mailable, and whether a tracking pixel loaded later. It cannot see the recipient's private filter decision.

What to fix first

Authenticate the domain you send from. Mail only people who asked, or who have a relationship that makes the message expected. Remove invalid addresses. Stop when someone replies or unsubscribes. Read the authentication guide before you change DNS.
