What is counted as a reply
A human reply counts. Out-of-office and bounce notices are classified and do not inflate the reply rate. Classification can be wrong on unusual wording, so the thread is still there for you to read.
Meeting notes
From a thread you can save a meeting note: who it was with, when, and what was said. The note lives with the account. It is not a calendar booking system.
