Campaigns, from list to send.

A campaign is the unit of work: who receives the mail, what it says, which mailbox sends it, and which follow-up runs if nobody replies.

What you control

You name the campaign, write the subject and body, and attach leads. Personalization uses fields you imported, such as a first name. The server rejects a send when the plan limit, the mailbox daily cap, or a failed verification says it should.

Sending uses the Gmail connection or the SMTP account you stored. Gmail sending can only send. Reply detection uses a separate IMAP login. Mailwright does not replace your mailbox provider. If that account cannot authenticate, the send fails and the failure is recorded.

After the send

Failures stay visible. Opens and replies are counted with the definitions on the dashboard. Follow-up steps wait for the delay you set and stop when a human reply arrives over IMAP. Replies keep being drafted until the client reaches the campaign goal, such as booking a meeting.
