Working a reply.

Replies are stored on the account that sent the campaign. You can read the thread, change its label, and save a meeting note.

Classification

Replies are read over IMAP with the app password saved on the mailbox. A Gmail sending connection does not include inbox access. Out-of-office and bounce notices are marked so they do not count as replies. The text of the message is still available. If a classification looks wrong, trust the thread you can read over the badge.
